Your're correct. Fitzsimmons Systems Inc. scammed AMHD and it's investors out of $312,500 + legal fees.

Fitzsimmons then filed bankruptcy to prevent AMHD (and others) from reclaiming their money.

Finally, Fitzsimmons claims that AMHD's raw materials were stolen, yet I could find no police report on the subject. You would think a report/news story/investigation would all be right out in the open if 100s of thousands of dollars of raw materials were stolen.
