Richard, Do you think it is your right to allow an infant child to not be in a Child seat while in a car? If you consider it a Freedom to do anything you want and expect the rest of society to pay for it than you are mistaken. That is why we have these systems and Lic. in Society as for the betterment of the whole. Sometimes you have to give up a few personal freedoms to gain the benfits of the whole of Society. Big Brother is tretching it a bit I think.
