#20369 RE: otcbargains #20366

otc, i read the 10Q yesterday and tried to
buy some today without paying too much.
There is almost zero liquidity in GAMM for now
so it might go down a bit down the road. (Or not...)

Just FYI, they filed NT10-Q and in response to
the >>Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected by the earnings statements to be included in the subject report or portion thereof? <<
question, they said NO. WTF???

If it isn't a significant change in results of operations,
then i don't know what a significant change is.

Octbargains- note there was a one time charge of $116K

Octbargains- concerning GAMM. I do agree that they look very undervalued. First, I think they made more like $.054 for the qtr after deducting $116K from some one time settlement( got off the 10Q). However, even $.05 for 4 qtrs would be $.20. Trouble with this one is that there is no growth. I really have a hard time knowing what PE to give it, but I assume that 5 is appropriate. Even then, it looks like $1 stock. However, the other thing is that there was not guidence past 2005, and the comment in the 10Q was that they believe they'll remain profitable for the remainder of 2005. I mean, I didn't feel any enthusiasm about guidence, and it worries me a lot that one customer represents 100% of their revenues. I mean, they could go from making $.05 to zero real quick. Oct- haven't made a decision on this one yet- but it isn't without risk. Wade
