Its not that QE 3 is desired, its that the economy, and those pesky Wall Street players know that they cannot make any money without it. They have forgotton about the old adage of working hard, playing by the rules, and making money, slowly, over time.
These guys want to make money now, instantly, and the hell with sound monetary policy.
