The criteria that I am using on this is the fact that the float is very very low and I have compaired it to other stocks (past experence) that have simlar floats and any good news would move this back up into that area. I have seen it move up into that area for stocks with a much higher float so when you look at the float and revenue projections for the next year I think .03 is easily attanable.
