My point was that, IMO they will show financials, but they don´t have to, like the other pinks don´t have too, and no one demands them too.
Showing financials will prove they are different.
Lots of pinks are scams, and use R/S.
IMO Graffiti will be better than most pinks, so cannot use the other pinks activities to show a rule for Graffiti.
I believe the merger will be good.
Time will tell.
None of us can be sure that post merger pps will be north or south.
It will depend on financials, O/S, products, maybe uplist,...
