It doesn't look like the Company info page on Pinksheets has everything updated. On page two of the interim financial report it states that there are 79,600,003 shares issued and outstanding.

However on page nine of the initial company information and disclosure document it reports; 1,900,000,000 authorized common shares with 29,600,003 outstanding a and freely tradable (public float) of 22,559,609.
The best news is on page ten where it states that Mitchell Brown became the new CEO on April 10 2012.
