Yep the +90% failure rate of the majority of penny co's is due to CEO's not knowing what they're getting into when some smooth talking shell guy convinces them that going public is a sure fire way to raise money...when the reality is that most shells have funders behind them only lookin' to cash out for themselves and leave the honest CEO's with nothing but headaches.
In the case of KMAG however the CEO here has not succumbed to typical bs from smooth talkin' penny funders and has kept the capital structure here pristine...especially when one considers he's been public with this KMAG shell since 2006 now!
So kudo's to Jeff for getting current on otc markets and delivering full transparency...'cause after all this time methinks all his honest efforts to build all round value here are prep'n to be rewarded in a VERY BIG way over the near term horizon glta
