Scooter I have a question for you...

How would you solve the Graffiti spin off problem, with converted shares, without raising O/S with SDVI, if the converted shares were back to SDVI, and putting all revenues under one company?

Remember that people who converted would not want a 1/200 ratio for unconvert now...

Being one of the eternal optimists here, I'll answer that one...I'd be pissed off! If that were to come to pass I will officially apologize to all for my false optimism and will jump on the bash train.

I just don't feel that happening here. There are way too many things going on that should keep the SDVI pps in a very nice range for a while. Now for it to all get started!
