You don't explain WHY dilution is bad. Its not bad for a start up at all. The outstanding shares are not huge, when compared to other companies and some of those are blue chip and yes I know they are established and make money. cbis has been honest in the 10k and said no money for a couple of years, does not mean the pps will not be up and down...........make hay while the sun shines and remember its all speculation.........life is speculation that we will all be around tomorrow.......thats we don't have another financial melt down.....that we make money from cbis...........or indeed that they have a remedy for cancer..
None of this is true. Dilution is done with startups. Or should they just get money from the magic money fairy. That's how things are done. Not knowing tis and giving out advice is naive.
