I don't know in what context Brilliant Digital was given shares...The only shares that I'm aware that were given to BD was in conjunction with the 31 May 11 financing...they received 2.2 million shares of a little over 5 million in the offering. The real question is who got the shares that brought the O/S from under 20 million to 87 million?
