I deal with retailers, and let me tell you this - January was a horrible retail month. One comment I keep hearing is customer traffic was the same, but average purchase was down.
Translation - debt load is starting to pinch the consumer.
Re-edit: Out on the short of PIXR at 50.85 for just over a buck. (a rare double bucker for the day!) Edit: Short PIXR here at 51.95. I hope I am better on the dark side(g)! Hope you have not yet gotten rid of the PIXR! I have left a lot behind on the table. The 'Crooks' played it really well in the pre-market and I got spooked into selling too soon(g)!
