Our seller was not CANT, it was NITE. He is the one with 4.5m shares at .0010 for example and he was the one with large ask yesterday and last week.
The o/s was maxed out in the latest filing. So King couldnt dilute more! He filed for an increased A/S, but its impossible to file today and dilute tomorrow.
How long does it take? Someone said it takes 14 days after the filing at the nevada sos site and then it would be possible to sell these shares into market.
If this is right, then it was impossible for him to sell shares last week and yesterday, because filing is from 4/5/2012. Today we have the 4/17/2012.
Here are only frustrated and scared peeps without patience.
80% of them are our sellers and if you look at level 2 you see NITE with large amounts @bid and @ask. So maybe he try to flip ASKE with high amount of shares.
