#17642 RE: stockchick #17641

You are not the one who determines what has been "validated" or not. That is determined by the individual investor doing his/her research. I have presented the evidence, and whomever is considering investing here should be able to access all the facts and make a decision on their own.

If those who think this company is a good invested had, initially, presented the evidence as I have, then it could be claimed that it was the case that they were putting all the cards on the table. However, they presented bits and pieces when they could just as easily have presented all the facts from the beginning--as I have.

Now that my presentation of all the facts cannot be ignored, those who think this is a good investment, like you, claim that this information proves their point. With this conclusion I disagree. The data shows, in my opinion, the complete opposite of what the bulls here have been claiming.

If you took the time to analyze the numbers here given, you will quickly realize that the authorized shares have been greatly increased and the the old shareholders have been greatly diluted. The float from 2009 consisted of 47% of all the shares outstanding and authorized at the time. Since then, the holders of that float have been diluted to the point that they hold only slightly more than one percent of the outstanding shares, and about .6% of the authorized shares. They were diluted in two way: 1.) by a 1-for-20 reverse split, and @.) by an increase of the authorized shares from 100 million to 300 million.

Thus, I take issue with the opinion expressed by some here in the last few days, and agree to by you with the "validated" comment. In fact, the complete opposite is true: the claims that the stockholders here have not been greatly diluted is not true and do not hold any merit in line with what the numbers shows.

Not only that, but the claim that the shares that have been issued during the last twelve months that are currently restricted cannot possibly been given to a handful of prominent individuals for services rendered. First of all, the company has not release any information to that effect, which means that either someone is speaking without having knowledge or was given inside information to which they are not entitled, an/or two, the giving out of those share is a complete mismanagement of the assets of the corporation and a total disregard for fiduciary responsibilities. Those shares, as claimed in other posts here, at current stock market price, have a value of around 5 million dollars. It is a travesty to handout the equivalent of 5 million dollars worth of equity to a handful of individuals for the sake of receiving their opinion when the company only has revenues of about 1.2 million per year.
