There's lots to be PR'd, including each of the micro-films, quarterlies showing increased revenues, new acquisitions etc. Any signs of progress can trigger a run. It doesn't have to be as substantial as WS when MIKP's market cap is ~$500k.
Before the 130M shares were "sold" (transferred) at $0.0001 yesterday, a move to $0.0003 was imminent. The sale scared some people and now a bunch of shares are available at $0.0002. Those will get bought up quickly (or could be withdrawn from sale), so there's no reason $0.0003 couldn't be seen even as early as today. As I said retail investors can't unless they're very lucky purchase MIKP at $0.0001.
Yesterday's game could have occurred for many reasons. We can certainly speculate as to whether the sale was retail, a MM or some kind of equity shuffle for/by an accredited investor/similar. What you know from the TA is that the sale wasn't initiated by MIKP and that has no impact on your holdings (other than daily shock value).
