It makes perfect sense. This is a popular penny stock and they thought the 10-K would be good. It was a terrible 10-K and this stock will drop like a rock tomorrow. I expect panic selling tomorrow on MSLP.

So Euc your investment strategy is to assume someone bought a large amount based on material non-public information. The would be banking someone is breaking the law.
