I agree...They seem to be serious about what they are doing!

According to the 10-K:

- Still flat broke;
- Still heavily in debt;
- Confirms Cambodia property is gone;
- No money to explore the Quebec claims which they start losing in 2 weeks;
- Just issued more death spiral convertible notes this month which converts to common shares at a 50% discount to market;
- Since they have no more authorized shares to cover those new notes, they will either have to almost immediately raise the authorized share count or reverse split the stock.

NO question before and today's 10-K confirms it. More stock dilution coming. And coming soon.
