This is fascinating to me. Why can't the Stead gang just avoid all this controversial stuff and get back to exploring for minerals ? All I know is some Joe Sixpacks are going to be pretty annoyed at this hankie-pankie back-dating stuff. The Lawyers win .. $$$$$$$$$$$$$ .. they always do. Protecting the Public ?? .. MY BUTT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyhow this is all meaningless because the ha ha Spin-Off won't be approved for a long long long long long time yet ....... IF EVER !!! If this is tied to future financing I can't see any field work getting done this year either.
