shaw here is another example of what could be construed as fraud by the back-dating of the Record Date. Pretty dirty devious stuff in my opinion. Say I was contemplating buying some KATX way back in November, 2011 and let it go over the Christmas season but I finally bought in early January 2012. Had I been aware of a Spin-Off that was not back-dated I would have made up my mind sooner and bought in time to get the Spin-Off. So you see I have tried to show how both a buyer and a seller could scream FRAUD at the Stead gang. You simply should not be doing business in this devious manner !!!!!!!!!!!
