belgie, pardon me for jumping in but i doubt that zeev would consider an O/B on the likes of mxim, nvls or even xlnx. they're "rockets" and more suitable for trading as opposed to deep value plays. anyway, i suspect if he did, the prices would be so far below where most are now that even the nassacre might not do the trick.(G) however, if your interested in daytrading or scalping some of these, there are methods available that generally fortell low risk entry points from either the long or short side on a daily basis.
