Or is this Carl knowing what the competition is doing, and is playing on the info?????? Notice in the article when he talks about VGE's GKG the TM symbol is used and then when he speaks about the potential client the TM symbol with the word GKG is no longer used???????

Read the highlight text....So could this be someone else that has sold the grass who is also operating under a sublicense from China Gate and possibly an exclusive one for this area that has only hired Carl to source the seedlings and offer consulting and Carl has brought his buddies at DP?

Why is this covered by NDA's, who put the NDA's on it and why? If Carl was selling his seedling to a competitor who was being more sucessful at selling the Grass then him do you think he would want an NDA???????

Just remember Carl never said he sold anything:

Now we see a website that show GKG in a field that appears to be at least 6 months to a year old, Do the filing back up seedling being sold or consultant fee's being paid to Carl for providing the energy crop?
