Ok now I feel like I'm taking crazy pills. So the SEC states that if the fins are due on a weekend or holiday that they are due the following monday right. That's what's on paper. But then one person is stating that this isn't the issue and they are already late. I'm not getting that if it clearly states that they have it in Monday how some attorney can confirm something that is clearly in opposition of an SEC regulation.
