mod, I trust you as a long term investor in the company. What I am telling you is that while it is disappointing that the company failed to file on time, and failed to file Form 8K Item 4.01 of a new auditor, it really does have about 34 days to still file.
34 days Gamber can still pull it off. It will be tough, and will cost money as per the 8K filed. It is not an impossible task, so we can keep hope alive.
What I really want to see is Gamber addressing the issue NOW and if he does not have the cash, contact his current shareholder base NOW and get the money.
Two weeks from now is too late.
