If he wants that 10-25 percent equity in the company.

JP: So I don't get your point. It seems to be either:

1. The CFO of NeoMedia has no idea how many shares are outstanding at any point.
2. The CFO of NeoMedia will NOT meet his legal obligations to disclose the OS to a 10%er.

If it is number 2, then Patrick Soon-Shiong filed an incorrect Form 4.
