The current SEC action caught us by total surprise and is most distressing as not only have they not mentioned us, but they have missed all of our filings and failed to discuss any of this with the current management team. Apparently they have no concept of our current actions or direction and have made no attempt to understand same. We will take action to negotiate a settlement with them and if successful file the 15c-211 once we fully understand the financial liability. It is the lack of adequate financial information that has delayed this filing to date.
Is it prudent to have Dr. xxxxxx tour at this time? We are in the midst of preparing a response to SEC action and the outcome will determine our future direction and it may be better to wait until after this is clear to have a tour; however if you feel this is important at this time we will be happy to have her visit with us and do the video tour. Stockholder response to the SEC may help the outcome, their interest in preserving the rights of a small group of disgruntled old investor/customers is surely detrimental to the large stockholder base and they need to be made aware of this. Your input is appreciated.
