Dear Dean,

The company has NOT issued stock this week or this month. The share structure is the same as in our releases. Shorting the stock seems to be a major problem and we will try to get to the bottom of it.

Many share holders are wondering if the recent PR was just vapor. It seems like the market maker VERT is being reported to the SEC (again) to be investigated. VERT has been diluting the market with over 100million shares to count. Question on everyone's mind is, is VERT shorting or is the company US National Telecom using VERT to dilute shares to the market. No one in the company seems to want to respond to this making investors weary.
