Bottom line is here is if there is trading
that means that Finra must have approved them,
otherwise it would have been tradeless as
it was after the halt. If finra and the market
maker allowed them to trade again that exonerates
them of any crime or wrongdoing on their part.
It was the bad shareholders fault that this all happened.
There never was a scam, and those who accused got them halted.
Robert Gandy is an honest CEO in my opinion who will
do the job. I for one believe he will get this
thing company started again and the share buyback will happen as hes promised to us many times,
if we get back on to the pink sheets of course.
If we see trading again tomorrow, consider it a huge success.
Shorts are very nervous I guess.
Im considering myself to buy a significant amount .0001s and .0002s, but of course only if I am able to place a buy order.
If anyone is able to successfully buy let me know.
I don't think we can buy in the grey markets, its my understanding? Plus it might still be on the DTCC chill?
