Even if IFSL reported this to us, which would be odd given the fact that they wouldn't have had the time to react accordingly, in a time period of 10 days IFSL could/would never have found a new auditing firm + have their numbers checked + file them on or before April 16.

It was just not possible from my perspective.

You choice is obvious isn't it? Time to show what you feel and bow out. .30 should do.......
The timings not right but, the guys in Salt Lake caught wind that ifsl was about to change auditors and they said screw ifsl...they caught wind because another firm was calling them as a reference........ding dongs......
