We can blame the accounting company all we want. But the real blame should be placed on IFSL management. This should have been priority number 1 over the past month - and they let it go to the last second. So my question is: now that they will report late past the required time - what does this mean?
Please explain "shame on IFSL"??? The only thing IFSL is to blame for imo is that they have chosen Hansen & Barnett as their auditing partner some years ago. How is IFSL to blame if/when Hansen & Barnett resigns their position as the auditing firm?
Did the 8K state that IFSL didn't supply the necessary info to Hansen & Barnett? Did the letter of resignation state something like this?
Please inform yourself with the company before putting IFSL on the wall of shame...
C'mon sleeper... You have been here longer than some. You have experienced the turnaround in business results and seen the many additions of verticals.
