who said that the sec was so great now? Don't misunderstand. Whether they are so wonderful or not, no one challenged the fact that ANWM needed finra approval for both a form 211 and a name change. The name change is done and approved and we both know that the sec played at least some role in that. Let's agree on one thing: the Finra name change is pretty much a solid 'bye bye' to the sec Wells notice threat that has been so loosely thrown around.
