Sparks, shareholders are at ZERO now. The current company goes bankrupt and shareholders are wiped out without a restructure. Simple as that.

Even Iblong2 has speculated that new shares might be restricted. Wow, if that happened, the share price would not only go up linear to the reverse ratio, but also to the asset value. See my post #19402 for possible share price scenarios.
