That's right, after a multitude of tests and document submissions the FDA sits down for a chat with a scam company. If that is where you are stuck (scam/no scam) I think you may have trouble gaining the requisite insight you seek.

Interested11, there is a lot of information on this company lying around everywhere on the Net. One just need to Google those information with the right keywords. Those information is available at FDA, patents depository sites, some blogs, some news sites and this board included. You can even find out the PhD thesis that Dr Diwan did at Rice University. It's all there. With these information, you can form your OWN conclusion whether this is a legitimate company or not.
