It may come off actually sooner as attorney letter was suppose to be delivered today,it may be off before Monday!It is sooner than later! Go KMAG!!!

I spoke with OTC Markets this morning. Post 21817 21844 based on their comments and barring no delays with the legal process and disclosures on KMAG's end then I would have to assume that they are in the final stages of this process and will be submitting it before weeks end.
