As I have said before, if I'm only going to get pennies on the dollar, (or less) I will vote "no" so that this BS company can't continue to screw investors.
You still have not answered my main question. Where is this BS company going to get the $24MM to bring this device to market? Why did this company, along with PwC put out a misleading PR for starters claiming an annual potential of $3.5 billion for this type of device when the total market is only $3.5 billion?
If they really care about the current shareholders and if this medical device is really going to save this company, I think the company and PwC should go the royalty route.
