What amazes me with accountants is, they can certainly procrastinate, wake up and go, duh, we have to get this to the company by next Monday....and they do. If I were Steve S. I'd let them do the first quarter fins but be hunting for a closer accountant inbetween 2nd and third quarters....imo.
