The company is transparent somewhat. If you have ever been involved in large business transactions, mergers, acquisitions, etc, you would understand that many of the issues regarding transparency is out of there control. NDA's, competitive risks, etc

I think the news letter is a great start in the right direction....much more to come......and I cannot see dilution here if private placement is offered to special investors....as that they will know from the meeting where this is going and will hold well beyone the restriction, IMO. Looking much better than before, but I still understand your frustration....I think we all do.
