This is the OTCBB where fluff is required to move the price. I'm not going to treat this like a larger company when they aren't making any $$ just yet. The filings are blank with mounting debt. That's all anyone cares about, and the volume and price show just that. When they have some $ to show for the business, and someone actually cares outside the people here, I may give some credit. When people buy the stock at the ask because it's actually in demand, we'll give a bit of credit. Until then they get no love from my crew because the demand here is nil.
Authorized for 300 million shares, say 100 million shares outstanding Want to raise 75 million in cash.
I think they will increase the whole thing dramatically. That's my opinion as we've all seen it happen way too many times on this exchange. These companies almost always end up diluting it out for financing.
So here we sit yet again, no volume which means nobody cares - market especially. The OTCBB pipe dreams have to stop somewhere don't they?
How can anyone justify the dwindling price and complete lack of volume since last May?
