I agree that scenario would be optimal. However with the Company saying that they are looking to raise capital, I can't imagine that they will use any capital they might raise to buy back shares. Unfortunately worring about the share price or appeasing the shareholders isn't too high on their list.
The stock has run to .01+ on more than one occasion with less than 100M shares traded. I don't believe the "restricted" 1.5 to 2 Billion are much of an issue. JMHO
