Absolutely! No RS without due reduction in the A/S. But Jackson has declared that there would be no RS. Don't I remember that correctly? May or may I not take his word for it?
Well, certainly not a worry at this time. We can't even get continued investor letters nor PRs nor any thing suggesting that STAU in fact still represents a publicly traded company. Now there is a suspense mystery story for us. We can call it "Jokers in the Darkness".
Just my view, but, I don't think 1/10 is big enough. 1/100 would still leave 16 Million + shares outstanding and get the PPS to .03. Of course, a reverse split would do no good, and even be detrimental, if it was not accompanied by a commensurate cut in the AS ... from 7 Billion to 70 Million.
I don't think we will need a R/S to get this going. Compliance and one big box contract and we will move. You know as well as I, sometimes these pinks can sit in limbo for a while, look at SLM*/you. I am not saying we will hit $1 range, as the S/S is different, but look at the percent gain.
