Good luck with that, but having had past fed problems myself being the defendant- you will need to be a victim and they have heard much better apparent news than we got in pennyland!. You have to be able to show damages and they will only make a move if they can build a strong enough case which would take time as the feds have all the time and money in the world(so they are ok with that). At no bid this would be easier as all holders would be bagged and ya have a chance. If it went to that then heck i will call too LOL!!! I doubt it though anytime soon. This is just being flipped around which is ok. All my opinion and unfortunate past exp. LOL! Good luck on that one seriously but do not feel bad if the agent laughs ;)
