I must disagree with you.. He gave nothing,, what he did was convert debt into shares of the company giving him a larger per centage of the company and shares outstanding.. I don't quite know the reason for such a dramatic reverse unless it gives the company a grater ability to go private in the future based upon the lack trading volumes and proper valued bids.. Most agree that TEVED is a bargan at present bids here but unless they are willing to bid for shares ,, if the company goes private a case could be made that there are insufficent bids from outside share holders to be worth the cost of complying with all the red tape associated with a company being public.. A trading market is essential to keeping public and preserving the outside shareholders.. hank

The only part that Gerry had to do with this was to give the company and the shareholders 22 million dollars to take away the debt. No one will ever get any of those shares.
