Why so? The lack of US-based business was probably one of the reasons for terminating SEC reporting. That automatically makes them a pinksheets stock.

They will stay on pink, but I'd also find it logical if they'd move to a European exchange. The interest of US investors in a Swedish media agency just isn't there. Stock would probably see more liquidity in Europe. I wouldn't mind trading them on London AIM, Frankfurt New Market, EuroNext or OMX Scandinavia.
