The second question is simple to answer. The same as June 10th and June 12th. Nothing will change on June 11th. The company is on pinksheets as per now and the 90 day period is just a boilerplate text you'll find on most 12-G filings. They probably worked with a template text provided by the SEC.
Why the "silence" from management? Don't know. Ask them! ;-)
