Do your DD on the FDA , I see a lot of people here just don't understand protocol on new drug trials , first a company must show safety and efficacy on animal models , then if you are lucky FDA will let the company have the phase 1 trials for safety , then if that passes , FDA will let phase 2 trials begin with double blind test with placebos , then if that goes well phase 3 trials with a few hundred people . if all goes well and several million dollars later and a few years down the line ,if everything happens correctly they will be given a new drug designation , so please people don't get to excited that CBIS will be approved by the FDA and be making money in a few months . This is a long process and 10s of million dollars to spend.
