No, I do not know why SJCH was suddenly reinstated...but it appears that neither does anyone else...at least no explanation with a specific link to it.
I tried calling the NY 212-672-1878 number I found on the OTCMarkets site but the line has been disconnected and there is no email contact information available since the SJCH website is not active.
Perhaps you would like to enlighten the world as to why FINRA relisted them? I mean, you seem to have a source for inside information so why not share this?
I will even elaborate from my previous post. Until I see some activity from SJCH...any whatsoever...I personally will consider their re-appearance as perhaps nothing more than a simple mistake by FINRA. That is based on the simple observation that the reason for the original deletion (i.e. "Inactive Security") has yet to be remedied by actual trading taking place. Without it, and I have no idea of a time line, then it can just as easily be deleted again.
If you or anyone else can provide a link to explain it, I am sure many would be happy to see it.
