So tell us, why has SJCH been reactivated?

Well, until the company coughs up $7100 and catches up with grossly overdue filings and expired business licenses (and maybe even gets their website back online) to indicate that they are interested in becoming active again, their unexplained re-appearance (along with 25 others that same day) is only fodder for speculation. At the moment, it may only be a technical glitch on FINRA's part...that does happen, you understand.



But the fact is, until they regain Active Status with NV, they cannot conduct any business. As for trading, there has yet been any evidence of it since reinstatement on 2/28. Who really knows though, without market makers being able to post bids, seeing that it is on the Greys?

And btw, from the 7/12/2010 deletion date until 2/28/2012, the date it was re-activated, is less than 20 months and not 4 years.

Looking forward to some more YouTube music links. I really have learned a lot from them so thank you for taking the time to post them all.

Probably to run another scam. SJCH was already part of the Hanover Capital scam of Lumb's.
