Of course investors care about Q1. We have long been told about wonderful preramshreddermelter tweaks, new regulatory capacity, and new machines. But all these stories and pictures matter very little until they prove they can run even one machine even close to the old regulatory maximum. We have been regaled with how these machines are going to rain diesel every quarter for the past year. And oddly, as every quarterly filing deadline approaches we are told the current quarter doesn't matter but just wait until next quarter.
Look at the trading pattern since the CC on 2-27 which was full of "great news". Even the Discovery Channel piece which was very good had little effect. I believe many investors believe it is truly time to demonstrate these machines work somewhere near regulatory capacity.
