Im Joseph Rezek, CEO of ARDC; John Semachko had to resign the position when he took on STHG. I was hired by a third party to check out SGCP, Sierra Leone and the ability to operate profitably. ( without spellcheck im not at my best) I wrote the business plan. No pie in the sky BS. I started ARDC and recruited John.
Funding is always an issue in a startup. Cedric contacted us.

Seeker and gattes have real concerns. Seeker has taken the time to contact us.
Based on my time, John resigned as president of SGCP. Doug (ceo of sgcp) has spent years and $$$$$ building SGCPs assets.
Consider ARDC a private contractor. STHG is funding us on the first of many JV agreements. I wouldnt agree to pay SGCP 500k if the assets were not there and they didnt own the right to mine them.
Im probally the first company that produces a product in a third world country and manufactures it here in the USA.
