There is one rule....everyone has a right to say what they think without being burned at the stake.
Soooooo...here is the question........

If you had a company like UCP and you wanted to go private how much would you offer the stockholders per share...now wait...you sold your company which is now apart of this company for 10 cent per share 2 years ago.....so you can't count the increase in shares last fall which gave you an avg. of 1.2 cents per share.

Now....if I wake up tomorrow and everyone is missing in action, then I would say.....
"Houston...we have a problem."
