I still remember the feeling of, "those FDA notes can't be that bad! Most of it is already known!", oh man, what a day when those came out. Gotta love it when everyone in the market can buy it all day for sub 50 cents and you're left holding the bag and hoping it recovers. Which it might have---if that epic dilution hadn't be announced.
